For Pain Relief, Beauty, Health, & to Improve Your Vision
Taking just 1 teaspoon of our Organic Sulfur crystals twice a day can supply as much essential Sulfur to your body as eating a whole pound of garlic! But did you know that Organic Sulfur has a multitude of external uses that will benefit your life in amazing ways? It does—here are just a few;
Sulfur unfortunately cannot be stored or produced by your body. You have to get sulfur from foods which have extracted it from the soil it is grown in. If Sulfur is in poor supply in the soil, the plants are deficient and therefore you are deficient. Everyday in America, about 80% of all people are deficient in this critical nutrient. Taking Organic Sulfur internally is extremely beneficial for your overall health preservation and repair. In addition to taking it internally, the crystals can be ground into powder and applied externally. The benefits of doing this cannot be over expressed. Once you try these recipes, you’ll make Organic Sulfur part of your permanent skin, hair, and nail regime as well as pain relief creams.
Start with our 100% pure pharmaceutical grade Organic Sulfur Crystals. Using a clean spice or coffee grinder, or mortar and pestle, to grind crystals to fine powder. Set aside in a clean, glass, airtight jar, such as a mason jar, for use in your recipes.
Pointer: Organic Sulfur is highly water soluble. Dissolve Sulfur in water first in order to make it available and effective for these recipes.
How to Infuse Your Skin Care Creams and Lotions with Organic Sulfur
Why? It will reduce wrinkles, reduce scaring, and make a very visible improvement in your complexion. Applying Organic Sulfur to your skin externally can have huge benefits just as you are experiencing taking it internally.
How To Steps:
- Take 8-10 grams (2-2.5 teaspoon crystals) of Organic Sulfur Crystal Powder. Combine it with a small amount of very warm, but not boiling, water. This will quickly dissolve. You can also add Vitamin C powder to this and increase overall skin benefits.
- Using the same process as in number 1, you can combine Vitamin C powder along with the Organic Sulfur powder for boosting your collagen production in the skin. If you use too much Vitamin C, it will be acidic and you will have to manage how much you combine for application. This will be individual. Also, if adding Vitamin C powder, you need to use a good moisturizer because lipids are very important to anti-aging.
- Add the sulfur-infused water by mixing it into 3 oz. of your favorite water-soluble cosmetic face cream. Mix thoroughly in a small mixing bowl and return to your jar. You can also mix it into a tiny amount of filtered water and then fold into the cream. Just don’t use too much water or the cream will be too thin. Use a thicker cream to start with because when you are using water, this will thin down your consistency a bit. Use as little water as you can for dissolving the sulfur.
- A Sulfur-infused cream or Sulfur-infused serum, can be used after the use of a derma roller as part of an anti-aging regimen. You can further drive nutrients into the deeper layers of skin by following with Anti-Aging Cyro-Globes. These can be found under Face & Body. Any skin care product such as body butters, ointments and salves to benefit the skin in multiple ways.

There are various recipes out there for mixing Sulfur to make eye drops. Here are instructions for a basic application.
How To Steps:
- Use a pestle and mortar and crush 2 level teaspoons (8 Grams) of Organic Sulfur crystals to a fine powder.
- Sterilize a small heat-safe bowl, such a Pyrex dish or small ½ pint mason jar. We do this to protect the eyes from bacteria. To sterile your container, bring water to a boil, remove from heat and then place it in the water for at least 10 minutes. Remove and place on your clean dry work area.
- Heat 5 tablespoons (75 Grams / ML’s) of isotonic saline solution (available in any drugstore) in your sterilized container. This will create a 10% solution.
- After removing the saline solution from heat, next add 1 teaspoon of the finely ground Organic Sulfur. Stir to completely dissolve. Do not substitute commercial *MSM in place of true Organic Sulfur.
*MSM may contain up to 16 ingredients which include flow agents, fillers, and preserving agents, not mentioned on the label due to label-law which doesn’t require it and “assumed that you are informed”. Use only pharmaceutical pure grade Organic Sulfur which is a white crystal and label specific.
- Pour your solution into an empty Visine bottle or a small dropper bottle. The eye drop bottles work the best and are reusable.
- Preparation Tip; prepare your eye for better absorption and infusion of sulfur by applying either castor oil or flaxseed oil to the eye about 20-30 minutes prior to application. This will hasten and increase your results as well as support healthier vision. To do this place a drop at the outside corner of each eye and gently massage this across the lid and lashes. Some of this oil will get into the eye—this is good. Eyelid skin is very thin and what you put on your eyelid does affect your eye. Applying castor oil to the lashes every night will work to improve eyesight and thicken & lengthen your lashes!

The solution doesn’t have a long shelf life. It is helpful to store it in the refrigerator between uses to extend the potency. Allow drops to come up to room temperature before applying to the eyes. Make small batches to keep your protect fresh and the most effective. You may combine this recipe with the Herbal Eyebright Eye Drop Formula for added benefits. This can be found in Post 20. Lastly, when you first apply this drop to your eye, expect a little stinging. This is normal and will quickly dissipate. When combined with the Herbal Eyebright Eye Drop Formula, expect a bit more temporary stinging. When refrigerating your drops, make a fresh batch every 3 days. To apply the drops periodically during the day, up to 5 times max, you can carry a small 1/8th oz. dropper of the solution for convenience. This must be discarded at the end of each day when at room temperature throughout the day. To use this product multiple times per day, you will need to gradually increase the times over about a 2 week period. Initially, begin with 1 daily application and increase from here as it is tolerated without any side effects of irritation. Be sure to always maintain very clean tools and utensils when making solutions for your eyes. Keep a clean dry working surface.
