How to Take Hyaluronic Acid and Collagen Rx I,II,III with Organic Sulfur

After developing this product and taking it as traditionally recommended for a few years, I think I have come up with a better way to take it. I want to share how to do this with all of my customers. For those of you who don’t mind stirring it into your morning coffee, continue on, because this is not for you! I personally do not like it mixed into my coffee, tea, juice, or water. After extensive research, I have concluded again that my formula is still best taken without food.  However, I believe there may be a better or best medium to mix it into. I would say that most people do not have a problem mixing it into coffee for example and those that do, settle for the second best way and rather than liquids, mix it into a morning smoothie. Smoothies require more digestion which reduces some of the assimilation and some of the product which will always be lost on the sides of the blender and glass. I can for whatever reason, smell collagen when mixed into any liquid. People like myself will often form an aversion to a product, so rather than letting that happen, I came up with a new way that is effective, doesn’t compromise assimilation and I actually enjoy taking. If you are like me, this is for you! Also, if you have an elderly parent who needs collagen for strength building, this is a fantastic way to present it. It is also exceptional for growing young people which knee and joint issues. For the cushion between joints, youthful skin, and hydration, taking Hyaluronic Acid is a must. Hyaluronic Acid depletes as we age causing the need for knee replacements and leaves the skin prematurely wrinkled. Some lose HA faster than others but everyone is losing it.

Using the 3 Most Important Building Blocks for Your Health— How much collagen, organic sulfur, and hyaluronic acid should a person take every day??

Collagen Rx I,II,III–  Ages;  take once per day is most common, however, for more intensive need, it can be taken twice daily without food

  • 6-13      1-2 grams  approx. 1/2 teaspoon
  • 14-25    3 grams  approx. heaping 1/2 teaspoon
  • 26-40   7 grams  approx. 1 tablespoon
  • 40-50    10 grams  approx.  1 heaping tablespoon
  • 50 and older;  10-50 or even 80 grams per day —  if taking over 10 grams per day, divide it into 2 doses, AM and PM

Organic Sulfur–  Based on Weight;  take twice per day at least 4 hours apart and between meals without food

  • under 70 pounds– 2 grams
  • 70 to 100 pounds–4 grams
  • 100 to 150 pounds–  4-6 grams
  • 150 to 200 pounds–  6-8 grams
  • Over 200 pounds–  8-10 grams

Hyaluronic Acid–  creates the cushion for joints, improves pad under the skin, hydrates tissue, reduces pain for worn bone and joints- with food

  • Children      30 mg.
  • Average Healthy Adults–  100 mg.
  • Unhealthy Adults or Those With Bone & Joint Issues–  100-200 mg.
  • Adults With More Serious Bone & Joint Conditions, Anti-Aging, Pre-Prep-Post Surgery–  100-300 mg.

When to Take Collagen

When taking Collagen Rx I,II,III, wait 30 minutes to eat food, just enough time to assimilate. So long as the chicken broth is fat-free, it should travel into your system in about a half-hour. When taking it twice daily, take your evening dose either 30 minutes before dinner which is easy to do while you are cooking, or an hour before bed.

What Does Collagen Benefit

Collagen is naturally rich in Sulfur. Understanding Sulfur will help you to understand why collagen is important. Sulfur helps your body produce collagen. Collagen is plentiful in your body and you produce all you need with a healthy diet up to the age of 25.  After 25, production wanes and begins to drop off as we age.  By the time you are 50 years of age, you have lost 50% of your essential collagen out of your body. When a woman goes thru menopause immediately within the first year or two, she will experience a 30% drop in skin collagen and continue losing 1% a year from her body structure.  When you are born, your body is comprised of about 4% Sulfur which is your reserve for a lifetime.  Sulfur is deficient in soil. The problem has developed due to petrochemical fertilizers and commercial farming methods.  Without enough Sulfur, you cannot produce the Collagen you need to repair and preserve your joints, bones, organs, young skin, and many more functions. I think there is a reason why every older person coming into the store is breaking down. Whether it is a knee or wrist, or visibly noticing how old they look for their age, the vast physical discomfort I hear about every single day, I believe is related to low Sulfur availability and Collagen production which keeps the repair and upkeep strong.  It is impossible to talk about Collagen without talking about Sulfur because they go hand-in-hand.  Taking Collagen Rx I,II,III by itself is a vast improvement.  Taking both Collagen Rx I,II,III and Organic Sulfur is exceptional for your health. Think of it like turbo-charging your body’s repair mechanisms.  To understand how Sulfur plays into this, you need to read Post 28. Here I will elaborate just on Sulfur or what is also known as DMSO2. Whether you take just Sulfur or just Collagen Rx I, II,III, either or both, you can’t make a bad choice. Both of these products are considered to be highly anti-aging including for the prevention of lines and wrinkles- just another perk of good health.

MSM is Organic Sulfur but Organic Sulfur is NOT MSM.  MSM may contain up to 16 added ingredients such as flow-agents, anti-caking, etc., and sadly is only 34% Sulfur.  Organic Sulfur may cost 3 x what MSM does however, it is 3 x stronger, so it really is the same for your money, just more effective. Glutathione is something you have to make in your body. It is critical to sustaining your health. The secret of glutathione are  the sulfur (SH) compounds or chemical groups in its content. Organic Sulfur acts like fly paper which draws all the bad things in the system and then sticks onto it.  Sulfur draws to it disease-causing free radicals and toxins like mercury and other heavy metals. Sulfur keeps the tissue in the liver soft which is a repair mechanism. For example, Cirrhosis of the Liver is a hardening of Liver until it fails to perform it functions. Organic Sulfur is a great supplement for any person recovering from addiction, especially alcoholism. But make no mistake, it is good for every person.

Sulfur is critical to strong skin, bone, hair, ligaments, tendons, and countless healthy body functions. Collagen occurs in bone broth for example and is richly available in any meat dishes. Cooking meats with the bone, such as soups and stews is necessary in order to get the collagen. We make and use bone broth for these exact reasons, however, we just don’t get enough Collagen in how we cook in general, so supplementing is necessary. Our late relatives of the past, all used the whole animal in food preparation. This created a strength in the human body constitution that we no longer enjoy. Real chicken broth which includes broth from bone, and the Collagen in this liquid is immediately assimilated.  The broth contains Sulfur. These are working together for your benefit. Sulfur promotes Collagen production, Collagen contains Sulfur. It’s a win-win.

Why Bone Broth– 

The Collagen and Sulfur in chicken broth when prepared right, will also contain fat, so when preparing your own, cook it and then you can remove the “skin” of fat off the top and discard it.  By doing this you capture the nutrients from both bone and skin but without the fat. When cooking, all nutrients are extracted out and into the liquid. Removing bone and skin from your cooking process is a terrible idea. You just have to take the time and an extra step to remove the fat after you are finished with cooking.

After looking at this for a long time, the lightbulb went on– why not combine FAT-FREE chicken broth with Collagen Rx?  How to combine Sulfur and Collagen to maximize benefits is my entire goal. So I decided to start taking Collagen, mixed into its naturally occurring base– chicken broth. I am essentially turbo-charging my broth without 36 hours of preparation making Bone Broth. BTW– I do still make Bone Broth and use it for all my cooking like soups, stews, chili, etc. When I don’t feel like making it, I purchase the organic commercial boxes but I use this as a substitute only.  No commercial bone broth can come close to homemade. But as a supplement, I seriously needed some time-savings-convenience. This meets the need. I do not use just any chicken broth, I only use free-range, fat-free, organic. Avoiding the fat is common sense but also by removing it from my mix I speed up the assimilation by bypassing fat digestion.  My thoughts are that the natural compounds in broths are missing when we take Collagen by itself away from its whole state and that by reintroducing the broth to the Collagen, I am creating a more effective product. Broth contains these compounds.  I am able to report that after months of use, I can confirm that I get more results with this combination than I did when I mixed it with coffee, tea, juice, or water.  I am basing this assessment by how I feel.  With this combination I have personally eliminated achiness and find I am more flexible. I can also confirm my skin is firmer and wrinkles and lines have lessened along with rapid fingernail growth. I had a quirk of some sort where the nails on my left hand, when I clipped them, were softer than the nails on my right hand. Today, they are now the same strength.

During the experiment I had a second thought.  If Sulfur is in Collagen, then why not also add an extra charge of Sulfur?  The question is what is it that makes Collagen so effective… and it is its high sulfur content. Sulfur and collagen work together to support a strong body. It supports so many body functions and organs, it repairs bone and skin, and functions as the “glue” that holds our skeleton together. Without collagen and sulfur, we will age prematurely and body functions will break down and malfunction. So why not boost the collagen supplement with additional sulfur? I started taking my Organic Sulfur just before the Collagen-enriched broth. It is simple, it boosts all of my reasons for taking it in the first place, and the end result is a better mousetrap. You are going to love the results you get doing it this way. If you are new to collagen, expect to see real and often dramatic results in about 28 days and fully functioning collagen total body improvements in 2 months. After 2 months you actually start building back your lost collagen, including your collagen cushion under your surface skin layers which is why it is an anti aging supplement. The same building process occurs in your bones and structure which is vital for individuals with arthritis and a variety of diseases related to aging. So long as you continue to supplement, you continue to build collagen back into your body. If you stop, you will continue to revert back and loss again continues.

Taking collagen and organic sulfur together is the best combination I have taken, so I want to follow next with the instructions, so that you as well, may benefit from this process. Here is how I take it–

Upon Rising

Taking Organic Sulfur;  We are so happy to announce the NEW FINE GROUND CRYSTALS. 

Take 1 teaspoon (4 grams minimum, per 100 pounds of body weight) to 1 heaping teaspoon of Organic Sulfur with water.  I take it using “toss and wash”.  I hate the taste of Organic Sulfur so to avoid tasting it I do the following;  take some water into your mouth and tilt your head back, as if you are gargling.  Load the sulfur dose onto a spoon. Now, with your head tilted back, drop the sulfur into the back of your throat and swallow, follow with a drink of water. Down the hatch!  Easy, I taste nothing. This is very easy and if you do not understand what I am describing, just ask me to demonstrate it while in the store.

*SUGGESTION–  Special Side Note–  you MUST drink 2 quarts or 2 liters of fluid every day when taking Sulfur. This detoxifies and flushes the body of waste while re-hydrating tissues.  DMSO2 is a dehydrator, so water is part of the process to get the results. Medicinal Herb Teas count towards this water allowance. If you have scar tissue build-up, achiness, are overweight, or poor health in general, take 2 Enzymes when you take the Sulfur and/or Collagen Rx. Use either Pancreatin Complex, Bromelain, or Plant Enzyme Formula. This is also great for weight loss when taken with Green Tea or Skinny Tea as your liquid. Lymph Detox is another great suggestion for your liquid need so it can work with the enzymes to flush your body. 

Taking Collagen Rx I,II,III;  Next I immediately mix the Collagen Rx I,II,III.  I take a small 4 oz. glass  and add about an inch of room temp water. Now add the Collagen Rx, using 10 grams. I use about 15 grams myself. Mix this with a spoon. Let it set while you prepare the chicken broth. I use about 3 oz. of chicken broth that I heat for 1 minute in the microwave. Next combine the hot chicken broth with the collagen/water.  Stir for about 10 seconds to thoroughly mix. Sit down and enjoy. It tastes like bouillon so it is not difficult or unpleasant to drink. You won’t dread it or skip it because it so easy.

Now make your morning tea and go sit down and relax. Watch the news or read, something for 30 minutes, then you can eat breakfast if you wish. This routine is fast and easy. You’ll find that results are achieved in anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months depending upon your individual health. Look for many body functions to improve whether blood sugar, blood pressure, arthritis, or any number of concerns. If you have a particular health problem, add an herbal remedy to this regiment and you’ll find all results will be quicker.

    I take a thyroid medicine first thing in the morning. Can I take it at the same time as the Organic Sulfur and Collagen?

      You’ll have to ask your pharmacist about your medications, if there is a conflict, they would know.

      Organic sulfur just taken all by itself to prevent the risk of deactivating it. When taking Sulphur, always take with clean water empty stomach. Organic Sulfur is taken in 2 daily doses. Take at least 4 hours apart to get maximum benefits. Be sure to drink enough water because this is part of the process for detoxification and to remove both heavy metals and synthetic hormones out of the liver. Be sure to put a little in your pet’s water

      You’ll have to ask your pharmacist for directions for using a medication. I cannot comment on drugs. Taking sulfur all by itself yields maximum results. You need 2 doses per day which have to be a minimum of 4 hours apart. Working up to one teaspoon of the powdered version, twice per day, results in the highest results. Always drink 2 liters of water each day when taking a therapeutic level of sulfur. Water is important to activate the product and detoxify your system. Organic Sulfur actively removes heavy metals and synthetic hormones from the liver. You may also benefit from Reading Post number 28 and 202
