New Year’s Detox

NEW YEAR DETOX
 
Feel like you put on 5 extra pounds over Christmas or just ate too much food you shouldn’t have? Let’s start the year off right with simple detox programs anyone can do. Here is a quick list of suggestions;
 
1. Belly Fat— Wow, it just goes here doesn’t it? Try this for 2 weeks and most will get favorable results. I am temporary sold of this product but will have more by Friday. There are two ways to take it; First way is take Garcinia Cambogia 1 hour before meals. This helps to prevent carbs from turning into fat. The other way which is currently even more popular is to mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (with the mother) into 8 oz. of water (not less water), and drink this, taking 1-2 capsules of Garcinia. Do not eat for 1 hour or wait 1 hour to eat breakfast. Do this daily and many will find they yield some results in as little as 2 weeks. With this regiment also take CLA.
 
2. CLA- take 1 pill with each meal
 
3. Liver Detox– after the holidays, clean up the liver using any or all of the following;
Liver Detox Tea
Liver Repair Tea
Liver Cleanse Capsules (2 to 6 pills per day)
Eat watermelon, cilantro, artichoke, and drink the juice of lemon and water
melon rind daily
Drink Dandelion or Burdock Root Tea
 
4. Shape up the thyroid by eating 2 tablespoons of coconut oil daily. To get this in, take 1 teaspoon by mouth or dissolved in any hot liquid, right before meals. 3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon. The other tablespoon can be consumed by dissolving it in hot tea or coffee, or melting over foods, cooking with it, or spreading it on a small piece of toast.
 
5. Make the Liver Detox Soup— this is in one of the posts under the Wellness tab on the website at travelingleaf.com
 
6. Add 8 oz. of cranberry juice (without corn syrup) to 2 liters of water and drink this throughout the day every day. This will clean the kidneys and reduce water retention.
 
7. Collagen Rx I,II,III-– start taking 10 grams of this bioavailable powder simply dissolved in cold water (dixie cup size). Take this daily on an empty stomach. As you lose weight, this will help keep your skin tighter. By age 40 we have already lost 30% of this vital protein, so taking it daily will help reduce skin aging as well.
 
8. Organic Sulfur— take 1 tablespoon daily. This is both a preventative for skin, hair, and nail health, and preservative for bone, skin and joints. It is a very effective detoxifier for the whole system. See Post 28 on the website and learn how it works and full details on why we need to take it every day at least once.
 
9. Increase our vegetables intake to at least 70% of your diet. This improves our fiber intake deliciously and cleans out the bowel.
 
10. Drink 1 cup of Skinny Tea or Skinny Detox Tea one hour after each meal. This will flush out the fat from the digestive tract, detox the body, and improve your metabolism. Most people will lose about 6-8 pounds in two weeks. Repeat steep the cup of tea 3 times in order to capture all of the polyphenols and antioxidants from the tea leaf. This also helps to increase your water intake for flushing out toxins.
