EDS

Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome

Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) is a group of inherited connective tissue disorders, caused by various defects in the synthesis of collagen. EDS is known to affect men and women of all racial and ethnic backgrounds. There are six distinct types of EDS currently identified.

EDS is an inherited condition for which there is no cure. It is a connective tissue failure which results in many side effects such as painful bones and joints, hyperelasticity, skin sagginess, and more.

There are supplements which are helpful because to help combat many deficiencies related to this illness. Be sure to eat an anti-inflammatory diet and include herbs. Try to eat foods high in magnesium and Google all supplements for their food sources and include these in your diet. Foods naturally contain the compounds which make the essential nutrient work most efficiently and effectively.

For pain, the best considerations are either medical marijuana and/or kratom.  For inflammation, take Anti-Inflammatory Powder daily.  This has recently been renamed Golden Milk. You can find this under Supplement Powders. Golden Milk should be consumed one or two times a day in seed milk or a smoothie.

As for kratom, I would suggest the Red strains. Kratom won’t slow down the brain like marijuana. As for medical marijuana, here are the recommended types for this condition; For children, often the most important form will be CBD’s because they have no psychoactive qualities. But I would consult a good doctor who knows the benefits of medical marijuana and then purchase from a reputable professional. I can direct you on this as well.

Best Marijuana Strains For EDS: Sensi-Star, Snow White (migraines), Romulan, White Widow, Mango x Durban, AK-47, Bluberry (arthritis), White Russian, M39, Slow Train, Trainwreck, Legends Ultimate Indica, UBC Chemo x Grapefruit, Super Silver Haze, Sour Diesel, Concentrates better for this disease (syndrome).

Best Cannabis Strains overall for condition: Sativa x Indica or Indica x Sativa
