Autoimmune:  IGG Subclass Deficiency Hyper IGA

IGG Subclass Def Hyper IGA

Possible causes;  vaccination injury, Lyme disease even if not realized, or Giardia Lamblia

The only lab to test for Lyme Disease is IGENX.  All other labs fall short.  It is not needed to proceed.  IGENX is there if you wish to confirm or rule it out.  The process is still the same. When trying to clean up the system, detox, or move forward, if healing crisis occurs, Turkey Tail Mushroom is best for reducing this and can be easily added to the other two mushrooms in this material.

When Antibodies are Overactive

Overactive antibodies (related to thyroid and Grave’s) can be reduced using these;

Motherwort

Lemonbalm

Bugleweed

Medicinal Mushrooms

Reishi- cook 24 hours in slow cooker not exceeding 110 degrees, 130 maximum, better lower, strain liquid off and freeze in ice cube trays for daily use.  Take 1 cube daily dissolved in hot water or Tea mixture

Tea mixture;  Holy Basil Tulsi, Lemonbalm, Lemongrass

Second Mushroom is Maitake– taking Dosage:  2.5 grams daily.  Therapeutic dosage 3-5 grams 2 x daily

If liver is malfunctioning, or Hep B–  Maitake & Cordyceps is recommended

If sinus infections are chronic– Cordyceps and Reishi

Herbal Antibiotic Rotation

Herbal Antibiotic Dosage-  14 days on 14 days off until results achieved

1500 mg. (1.5 grams) 2 x daily for 14 days

For added starter;  begin for 2-3 days at 1500 mg 3 x  daily then reduce to 1500 mg 2 x for

remaining 11 days

Always take herbs on an EMPTY STOMACH. This means you cannot eat for 1 hour and have not

eaten for 2 hours

When the need for antibiotic diminishes, stop produce or take 1500 mg 2-3 times in a day

2 day each week, 3 days ok, no break is needed with this dosage of 2-3 days per week

Immune Modulation

For modulating the immune system, in addition to Maitake and Reishi Mushrooms, combine these herbs and take 1 teaspoon daily

Astragalus

Ginseng Panax

Cat’s Claw

You can also use all of these in a cut form, except ginseng- still use this in powder added to cut herbs, and add Holy Basil (Tulsi).  Drink this using 3 cups daily between meals.

Probiotics

Probiotics- daily, 1 with meals, 2 caps at bedtime with water.  Also see Post 3 “How to Make Your Yogurt With a Light Bulb”.  This is a 24 hour culture which is higher than yogurt you can buy in a grocery store.  If you are have a lactose issue, this yogurt doesn’t have any.  If you have a casein protein allergy, you can try making this recipe with goat milk instead.

Foods

Increase foods high in zinc (google this)

Increase foods high in copper (google this)

Include these foods consistently;  tomato, cooked kale or dried powder- not raw, leafy greens, carrots, yams, squash.  If using sweetener, choose stevia leaf or powder, xylitol, or erythritol.

 Beneficial Fatty Acid

Supplement a GLA fatty acid;  EPO is most well known but Black Current Seed Oil is highest and recommended

Avoid

Avoid moldy foods including blue cheese or other moldy cheeses, peanuts, pistachios, apple cider vinegar- including raw, all grains general; wheat and oils, corn and oils, rye and oils, barley and oils, peanuts and oils, cottonseed and cottonseed oil, *cheese, alcohol, sugar

*brick cheese can be consumed in moderation if 1 inch is cut off the sides.  Mold spores in the sides are not necessarily visible, so by cutting off the 1 inch all the way around, you are removing these spores.
