Creatinine Reducing

When creatinine is abnormally high, you will have problems with 3 things;

  • potassium
  • phosphorus
  • sodium

A diet which restricts foods high in these minerals is most commonly needed. You may also have gout, seen more often in men. This formula will help in the management of high creatinine, urea, and uric acids. If you have gout, you may want to add a second formula called Gout Rx. This product can be found under Supplement Powders.  If your creatinine level is from dehydration, these formulas may not be suitable for you as they also contain diuretic herbs which could make your condition worse. If your condition is however from kidney damage, hypertension, kidney damage from hypertension, this formula may be beneficial. Specific dietary guidelines will increase the results of lowering your creatinine levels. These foods will be listed in this material.

What causes kidney damage?

Most often, high creatinine, hypertension, and kidney damage occur from these common causes;

  • a life of chronic dehydration
  • use of certain prescription drugs
  • high stress and physical over-exertion
  • drinking soda
  • initial unchecked problems such as high blood pressure, resulting in progressive damage to the renal system

Two medicinal mushrooms have been found to benefit in reducing high creatinine and other kidney problems;  these are Ganoderma which is Red Reishi, and Cordyceps. These mushrooms are both contained in the Kidneys Rx formula.  Our mushrooms are not average grown mushrooms but very specific to quality for effectiveness and product safety. These following herbs are beneficial to helping you to reduce creatinine. All of these herbs are also found along with the medicinal mushrooms in the Kidneys Rx Creatinine Reducing Formula. The formula is designed to be complementary with the Kidney Tea, High Blood Pressure Tea, High Blood Sugar Tea, and Gout Rx Formulas;

  • Cinnamon–  increases kidney output and promotes renal filtration, regulates blood sugar which helps to reduce further renal damage
  • Siberian Ginseng–  promotes renal circulation and revitalizes kidneys
  • Chamomile–  reduces creatinine
  • Nettle– reduces edema and swelling, removes metabolic waste, cleans blood, diuretic action increases renal excretion
  • Dandelion Root–  reduces edema and swelling, diuretic action increases renal excretion, improves kidney function, flushes out toxins
  • Astragalus Root–  slows the progression of chronic kidney disease, reduces creatinine

Dietary Information

Reduce protein intake.  For example, a 150 pound person should restrict protein to 2 oz. per day. This protein should also be only high quality pasture raised food including eggs, meat, and poultry.

Eating 4 ribs of celery daily for 3 weeks on and 2 weeks off along with drinking plenty of water will help reduce hypertension.  If you are water restricted, eating celery will not be benefit for you and will worsen your condition. If you are water restricted or on dialysis, see your doctor or pharmacist before attempting to change your diet or take any supplements mentioned in this material.

If your potassium is HIGH, avoid these foods;  banana, avocado, oranges, spinach, potatoes, tomatoes, beans, brown rice

If your phosphorus is HIGH, avoid these foods;  whole grains, bran, oatmeal, nuts, sunflower seeds, soda, chocolate, milk products

General Foods Found to be Beneficial in the Reduction of Creatinine and to Improve Kidney Health

  • cranberries
  • blueberries
  • strawberries
  • cucumber

  • cabbage
  • lettuce
  • wild caught salmon, mackerel, sardines (restrict to 2 oz protein daily)
  • pastured poultry, eggs, and meat (restrict to 2 oz. protein daily)
  • walnuts
  • wild rice
  • garlic
  • onion
  • mustard
  • lemon
  • peppercorns
  • green beans
  • grapes
  • pineapple
  • sage, corn silk (make tea with this when shucking corn), celery seed, peppercorns, watermelon seed, bitter melon
  • barley (cook and drink the water as a convalescent drink)
  • corn
  • radish
  • cauliflower (cooked)
  • sprouts
  • watermelon (in early stages of renal impairment)
  • apple

Kidneys Rx Creatine Reducing–  4 oz. 113 grams–  Certified Organic Powder– a specific herbal remedy for the management and reduction of high creatinine.  If you also have gout, you may benefit from also taking Gout Rx with this remedy.

Take 2 grams in any hot or cold liquid;  water, tea, coffee, or juice– twice daily AM and PM on an empty stomach.  Begin with 4 grams daily using 2 grams per per dose for 1 month.
