Dissolving Stones
Following a Gout Diet will benefit you from developing more kidney or bladder stones and gravel. Gallstones are made out of cholesterol and not mineral, commonly misunderstood. The material in this post is devoted primarily to stones comprised of minerals and acids; including uric acid, struvite, calcium, and cystine. Even though there will be supplement and dietary differences for gallstones, the herbs mentioned here will beneficial as supplement to you. There are many natural remedies to try, to erode the stones over time. Lying at a 45 degree angle on an inversion table every day will help to dislodge stones and help you to expel them over time. Do not exceed a 45 degree angle without advise from your doctor or specialist, especially if you have disc problems. Most people have no trouble with a 45 degree angle session for 5 minutes twice daily. This time is increased gradually over 2 months. Many natural remedies are effective. Here are a 10 solutions to consider;
Natural Remedies For Dissolving All Kinds of Stones
1. Herbal Stone & Gravel Remedy- Take 1 teaspoon of powdered herb mix daily dissolved in water or tea or prepare “00” capsules and take 2 capsules 3 x daily 1 hour before each meal on an empty stomach. If you prefer a tea, prepare as a Tea Concentrate in Post 2 using 1 oz. of dry cut herb to 1 quart of water to prepare. Drink 1 cup of tea on an empty stomach 3 x daily.

2. Celery Seed Tea
Prevention, especially for Gout, drink a cup of Celery Seed Tea daily or take 2 capsules with water
3. A Russian Remedy
In Russia, the traditional natural treatment for Kidney Stones is based in a a drink made out of millet. It is used for not only Kidney Stones but also bladder gravel, gout, UTI’s, and various kidney or urinary tract diseases.
Millet “Tea” Recipe
In the evening prepare the following; take 1/2 oz. or 200-250 grams of millet and rinse thoroughly. Pour into a 1 gallon glass jar and add hot distilled water to fill the jar. Place the lid onto the jar and allow it to set overnight, just as when making a Tea Concentrate (Post 2). The liquid will be cloudy. This is the way it should look. Keep this in the refrigerator after “tea” is prepared the next morning and consume within 1 week. Prepare fresh every week.
As the remedy, drink 1 cup every morning upon rising on an empty stomach. Drink 2 more cups, spread throughout the day, for a total of 3 cups each day for 10 days in a row. You may add fresh lemon or lime to mask the taste if you find it unpleasant. Most find relief within 10 days to 2 weeks.
4. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, & Olive Oil Remedy
First: Mix 2 oz. each of organic lemon juice and olive oil and drink. Wait 30 minutes, then
Next: Squeeze the juice of 1/2 fresh lemon into 12 ounces of distilled water + 1 tablespoon of organic RAW apple cider vinegar. Drink.
Repeat drinking vinegar, lemon, and water hourly until pain is gone and symptoms reduce.
5. Follow-Up
Even after you improve, it is good to have follow-up to help prevent future problems from coming back. One important thing to avoid it soda. Another is high mineralized waters. Taking an herbal supplement for maintenance is recommended. This can include two common herbs;
Dandelion Root- 500 mg. capsule 2 x daily and Uva Ursi– 500 mg capsule 3 x daily. Take these with water on an empty stomach, in the morning and again at the end of the day. Since you need 3 capsules of Uva Ursi, you can take 2 as one serving and 1 as the other, to make things more convenient. Another good follow-up herb is Horsetail. If you are taking this herb, take 1000 mg 2 x daily with water.
6. Kidney Bean Pods
If you can find them, the pods of kidney beans have been used as a traditional natural medicine. These can be prepared using a slow cooker or on top of the stove. Pods need to be cooked for 6 hours. The liquid is then strained and cooled. Keep refrigerated between uses and take small doses throughout the day. This will generally reduce kidney stone pain.
7. Celery
Eat 4 ribs of celery each day. This will ease symptoms, and also reduce high blood pressure which is kidney based
8. Pomegranate
As maintenance and for prevention of reoccurrence, add 1/2 cup of organic pomegranate seeds to a daily smoothie. Pomegranate Seeds are best found in the grocery freezer section.
