Charcoal Internal Preparations
No. 3 Internal Use— General nternal Use & Follow-up
Activated Charcoal is taken also in capsule form. This is especially helpful for gas, indigestion, bacterial infections, accidental poisonings, drug overdose, gastrointestinal problems, diarrhea, heavy metal removal, and many more issues. Activated Charcoal has been found to be effective for Crohn’s, Ulcerative Colitis, Colitis, and IBS.
It can be taken also in larger amounts by dissolving a tablespoon of powder in a glass of water. Charcoal can absorb drugs and supplements, so taking it by itself is of course recommended. It can be taken after food for indigestion and between meals for other purposes. It is basically odorless and tasteless. To dissolve in in water, drinking as a supplement, ALWAYS USE A STRAW so it doesn’t stain your teeth. In some people, charcoal can be irritating to the bowel, although not common. It is a remedy for diarrhea so it can be slightly constipating in small doses and more binding in larger doses.
No. 4 Internal Use— For Dehydration, Prevention of Dehydration, in Children or Adults
Dehydration can be dangerous and life threatening, especially in cases of diarrhea and small children or elderly adults. For dehydration include drinking water or tea with electrolytes added or use drops of a product called Cellfood (8 drops per 8 oz. H20 three or more times per day for adults and half-dose for children). To help combat dehydration use the following mixture and dosages–
Adults- mix 2 tablespoons of charcoal with 2 tablespoons of honey or molasses and take 2 teaspoons by mouth every 3 hours.
Children- use 1/2 the adult dosage of charcoal and mix the charcoal with some honey or molasses, whichever the child prefers, using equal parts. Give 1 spoonful every 3 hours.
Results may take 1-3 days depending upon the individual situation

Bowel Diseases and Activated Charcoal
Special Internal Use & Preparation for Bowel Disorders
Charcoal is prepared a little differently for those with bowel problems like Crohn’s, Colitis, and IBS. To prepare the liquid, mix 2 tablespoons of charcoal in a quart of filtered or distilled water. Begin by putting the powdered charcoal into the quart bottle or jar, then fill the jar with water. Cover and shake thoroughly. Allow the mixture to set overnight. The next morning, pour the clear top water off into another empty jar and discard the charcoal slurry which has settled to the bottom. The preparation should be stored covered and refrigerated to keep indefinately. This is a convenient remedy supplement which should be consumed in the morning at least 2 hours after breakfast. Drink simply as prepared as a supplement water.
The charcoal supplement water may also be beneficial when followed with other liquids you find helpful to your condition. Consume 4-6 oz. of charcoal preparation and follow 1 hour later with tea, herb tea, or the 2 oz. of aloe vera juice.
Find what is helpful and continue daily for at least 3 months. The special preparation of separating the charcoal from the water is especially helpful for bowel problems in order to derive all of the benefits to reduce bad bacteria in the gut without irritation to a sensitive digestive tract.
Companion Products for Bowel Disorders: In addition to using Activated Charcoal water as a supplement, other products may also be helpful used 2 hours before and 2 hours after ingestion. Products include; colostrum, probiotics, enzymes, aloe vera, tea, herb teas specific to the gastrointestinal tract, apple pectin ( 15 grams in a 24 hour period for chronic diarrhea), psyllium husk (constipation, diarrhea, and bowel cleaning),
May I ask a question?
Would a charcoal poultice be suitable to draw out a substance that had been recently injected into muscle tissue?
I am in a position where I must receive an injection that I do not want.
Would a charcoal poultice over the injection site be ok ?
Could I put it directly on the needle puncture site without a bandaid covering the puncture?
Thankyou.
Regards
