Top Foods, Herbs & Supplements for LIVER Health–

During times of ill health concerning the liver itself, eat a limited diet using either the Liver Tonic Soup (POST 6) or prepare a brothy soup with root vegetables and artichokes, which are thoroughly cooked. Add extra boxed or prepared vegetable broth to the soup and drink all of the liquid from the soup. The liquid is nourishing and strengthening, especially when digestion is compromised.
