Bone Broth Anti-Inflammatory Recipe
For the Recipe to prepare the base Bone Broth– See Post No. 7
Serving For 1
Using 1 cup of prepared Bone Broth– Place on the stove and heat, add the following
Onion, Green Onion or Leeks
1 teaspoon of anti-inflammatory powder or 1/4 teaspoon ginger root, 3/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon fermented miso paste
soy sauce without corn syrup of course, to taste
Dissolve and drink between meals or in the evening for inflammation, chills, or generally under the weather
