Migraine Headache Smoothie

from Health Digest

1/2 fresh pineapple

1 teaspoon of organic kale powder (cruciferous foods need to be cooked to protect the thyroid)

1/2 cucumber

1 rib of celery

1/4 lemon peeled

1 knob of ginger root (or approximately 1/2 inch)

Ice

Blend and drink, add extra water or coconut water to thin if needed

Also supplement 200 mg of CoQ10 and 3 to 9 mg. of melatonin, daily which will reduce the incidence of migraine headache in most people.
