Losing Weight– 20 Helpful Suggestions

By now we all know about simple carbs, so instead of dwelling on these again, here are some great tips—

1. One hour before eating each meal, 3 times each day, drink 1 teaspoon of organic Garcincia Cambogia powder mixed in water. This superfruit binds up the starch and prevents it from turning into body fat– plus you will produce more serotonin- makes you happy while losing weight!

2. (15) minutes before each meal, drink the juice of 1/2 lemon in hot water- this reduces the appetite.

3. Drink 3-5 cups of green tea each day between meals. Green tea contains a natural anti-depressant called L-theanine.

4. Add lemon to your teas, it reduces hunger

5.  Drink 1/2 your weight in liquid- water & teas combined. This flushes out and cleans your body.

16. Take a high quality 2-phase enzyme with meals that contain multiple food groups. Improving digestion can be beneficial. Taking these same types of enzymes between meals with water also cleans up the system and removes debris and toxins from tissues.
