Bone Broth Breakfast Recipe

What You Need- Serving for One
- Prepared bone broth- 1 pint
- Parmesan cheese powder
- Fermented miso paste
- Organic egg
- Salt & Pepper
Take 1 pint of prepared Bone Broth and heat it. After heated, add 1 teaspoon of organic fermented miso paste, 1 rounded teaspoon of parmesan cheese powder, 1 organic raw egg, and stir. The heat cooks the egg, similar to egg drop soup. Complete it with salt and pepper. That’s it! Drink it hot. The egg is cooked in the broth, which is chewy while the miso and parmesan adds great flavor.
This quick meal supplies healing bone broth with protein along with the anti-cancer benefits of fermented miso. It is light, low calorie if you are dieting, and gives you energy.
