Golden Milk

An Anti-Inflammatory Formula

Golden Milk Formula–  Certified Organic–  A delicious highly medicinal blend of anti-inflammatory spices for everyday use, mixed in milk, seed milk, or tea prepared with milk.

Golden Milk Anti-Inflammatory Formula is a beverage supplement used in the management of pain and swellings from inflammation, general systemic inflammation as a result of injury, autoimmune disorder, overexertion, or arthritis.  It can be used every day and is best consumed with a meal or in the evenings before bed. Golden Milk Anti-Inflammatory Formula is the perfect night beverage before retiring for better pain management with active inflammation, for a better nights rest. For enhanced benefits take either magnesium or a calcium-magnesium supplement along with Golden Milk for improved sleep, rest, or RLS.  It contains 7 medicinal spices which have vast benefits for health which have been used for thousands of years around the world.

The Golden Milk Anti-Inflammatory Formula is also synergistic with pain reducing herbs such as kratom, jamaican dogwood, kava, or white willow bark. It can be mixed with any powder supplement including-

  • protein powders
  • fiber powders
  • food powders;  superfruits, superfoods, antioxidant blends, seed and superseed blends
  • added into stir fry ethnic dishes, rice, and as a an addition to muffin mixes or carrot cake
  • greens such as Organic 8 or others

It is a product with variable applications although its primary use is as an anti-inflammatory beverage which is both effective and comforting.

Mixing the Product 

It is most effective mixed with milk or seed milk.  Heating the milk makes it easy to dissolve. In the summers or in warm seasons, if you prefer the product iced, prepare it ahead and simply pour over ice when serving. Serving it over ice will not reduce the effects of Golden Milk. Mixing it with hot milk in a blender for 90 seconds and then strain, extracts all of the important nutrients from the powder so if you do not like the grit associated with these spices, you can strain it out and still have a fully potent anti-inflammatory beverage.

Ceylon cinnamon is safe and very medicinal with excellent anti-inflammatory qualities WITHOUT the exposure to courmarin. Courmarin is the active chemical in all cassia cinnamon. Check the label on any cinnamon you purchase to be certain it is not cassia cinnamon. Denmark has now banned the sale of cassia cinnamon. Saigon cinnamon contains the highest amounts of this toxic chemical and is popular in culinary spices sold within the US.

Suggested Dosage:  Mix 1 teaspoon in hot milk or seed milk.  For inflammation and pain in the evenings or from changes in weather, try taking the Golden Milk Powder after dinner or 1 hour before bed.

Mixing:  heat milk or seed milk and dissolve 1 teaspoon of Golden Milk. For ideal results, heat milk or seed milk and add it to a blender, add Golden Milk and blend for 90 seconds. Strain (or keep in if you wish) and drink while hot.
Best Absorption:  in seed milk or milk with or without a meal. Optional, dissolve 1 teaspoon coconut oil while hot. If adding sweetener, use either raw unfiltered organic honey or stevia

Serving Size:  1 teaspoon/8 oz. liquid or prepare capsules and take (2) 500 mg. capsules 1-3 x per day with water
