Pumpkin Spiced Hot Cocoa
Pumpkin Spiced Hot Cocoa–
Unwind and warm-up with this delicious hot cocoa. Come in and try our Organic Pumpkin Spice Blend for your fall and holiday recipes-
Combine-
2 cups of almond milk, coconut milk, or milk
1 1/2 teaspoon Organic Pumpkin Spice Blend
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
4 oz. or 1/2 cup- canned or freshly made pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons of honey or real maple syrup
Whipped Cream Topping–
Combine a healthy amount of dark cocoa powder into whipped cream. Sweeten cream or not- I find either is good with me. If I sweeten whipped cream, I still prefer organic sugar or organic powdered sugar for the texture and firmness of the end product. Dollop whipped cream over prepared hot cocoa and sprinkle Pumpkin Spice Blend and cocoa shavings over the cream to serve.
