Natural Pain Relief List
So, in addition to enzymes, what other products help with pain? Here is a quick list–
1. Purified or distilled water
2. Enzymes (between meals)
3. Enzymes (with meals)
4. Organic 8 Greens (alkalizing and inflammation reducing)
5. Anti-Inflammatory Blend (great for weather days and evenings)
6. Kratom- red strains, especially Mexican Flag and Red Trifecta, but Bali helps too
7. Probiotics (reduces inflammation)
8. Jamaican Dogwood (listed in the same category as kratom but without psychoactive or ethnobotanical effects)
9. White Willow Bark (natural aspirin)
10. Vitamin C, E, A, and antioxidants (improves the immune system)
11. Dark leafy greens (alkalizing and inflammation reducing)
12. All fresh fruits and vegetables, especially vegetables
13. Herbal Teas (alkalizing and medicinal)
14. Tea Leaf (wealth of antioxidants and polyphenols)
15. Juicing (vegetable juices, also add ginger root)
16. Smoothies with plenty of greens (not kale- eat this cooked)
17. Wild Dagga Bud- this is the only herb known to be similar to marijuana. When smoked it quiets pain and relaxes muscles or nerves (too bad though- not the same effect as a tea)
18. Wild Lettuce Opium- no, it is not opium, but does quiet pain and can be smoked or prepared as a tea
19. California Poppy Leaf- same effects as Wild Lettuce and used the same way
20. Ethnobotanical Smoker’s Blend- this is a blend of all the smoking herbs that also help with pain, anxiety, and night pain with insomnia.
