Maitake Mushrooms– Lose 12 Pounds in 8 Weeks

Adults who have taken 10 oz. of Maitake Mushroom powder daily for 8 weeks have lost an average of 12 pounds, changing nothing else dietarily. 10 oz. is less than 1/2 oz. (14.2 oz.) and can be dissolved in hot water, added to soup broth such as miso, or blended into smoothies. 1. 10 grams Maitake Mushroom powder daily
2. 200 mcg. of Chromium Picolinate
3. 5 cups of green tea (especially Jade Tea) or puerh. Take 1 rounded teaspoon of loose tea and repeat streep it 5 times, sipping it throughout the day between meals.
4. Take 1 teaspoon of Garcinia Cambogia in water, 1 hour before each meal (2-3 times daily depending upon how many meals you consume). Take it on an empty stomach. This will bind starch and help prevent it from turning into body fat.
5. Drink the juice of 1/2 lemon in hot water, 15 minutes before each meal. This will depress your appetite before the meal.

4. Eat majority of vegetables, raw and cooked, over fruits. Limit fruits to 1 serving of a fruits to 5-7 servings of vegetables.
5. Lean protein– include protein every day to help your skin tighten while losing weight. Poultry and fish are following exercise will help you to build muscle, usually recommended 4 oz. Red meat is ok in smaller amounts and only occasionally. Keep the digestive system flowing by eating enough vegetables with each meal. You will have excess fat being facilited out of your body and the gallbladder needs help to do this. Many people lose their gallbladders from yoyo dieting or fast weight loss.
