Yerba Mate Roasted–  Yerba mate is a common tea beverage from Argentina and known as the National drink of South America.  It contains the same type of caffeine as cocoa which stimulates the mind rather than the whole body like regular tea leaf.   Dark roasted yerba mate leaf is more robust and earthy than green yerba mate.  It brews a brews a revitalizing copper infusion with a lingering astringent finish.
