Take 1 capsule with food or water, it does not require food to be effective. Most find it best taken at bedtime for better rest and prevention of constipation
Other ingredients: Gelatin, magnesium stearate, rice flour
Suggested Use: As a supplement, take one capsule per day with food or water. Often taken at bedtime for better sleep. Taking too much magnesium can promote diarrhea so if you take 2 capsules per day and develop diarrhea, reduce dosage back to one capsule. After a period of time supplementing magnesium, you may also try taking 2 capsules per day is deemed necessary so long as diarrhea is not a problem.
