For Digestion: Take 10 minutes before a meal for digestive support
For Detoxifying & Cleansing the Internal Body: take 1-2 capsules between meals (2 hours after eating or 1 hour before). When taken between meals, Plant Enzymes are a mild detoxifying or cleansing process. After taking the product, consume 1 liter of filtered water or a medicinal tea over the next 1 to 1.5 hours. Do not confuse our suggestions of detox teas for laxative blends often sold across the commercial market for weight loss. This causes diarrhea and dehydration, not weight loss. When we refer to Detox Tea, we are focusing on the whole body with nutritive herbs that naturally produce a cleansing effect.
Plant Enzymes are compatible with any detox tea blend and acts as an internal cleanse. To enhance the effects as a detoxifier, in place of filtered water, use a detoxifying tea. Select a tea that best suits your individual needs, such as a general Detox Tea or more specifically like Blood Detox Tea. Any detox tea or medicinal tea is also compatible with Plant Enzymes.
