How To Take the Product

*Always use distilled or fully filtered water which contains no chlorine or fluorine. Always drink plenty of water throughout any day you take Organic Sulfur to support proper oxygen exchange at the cellular level

1. Dissolve crystals in hot water (no chlorine or fluorine), using about 2-4 oz.  Drink down quickly and follow with a 10 oz glass of water
2. Hold your breath, place crystals in your mouth, wash down with 12 oz of water, then breath
3. Hold your breath, put water in your mouth at the back of your throat as if you are going to gargle, slide crystals into your mouth using a long-folded index card, swallow, follow with more water
