L-Lysine– 500 mg. Bulk Capsules–  an amino acid beneficial for the skin, prevention management of the herpes virus.

Dosage– as a maintenance dosage, take 500 mg. 1 x daily with water on an empty stomach.  As a remedy dose for an outbreak of the herpes virus, take 1000 mg. 2 x daily AM and PM. for 14 days to 1 month and then reduce to a maintenance level as needed to help prevent outbreaks.
