Himalayan Pink Salt Stones– 1/2 pound–  mined from the Himalayan Mountains, pink color is attributed to its naturally occurring 84 minerals.  Stones are used for a wide variety of purposes including to prepare a salt supplement called Salt Sole. This is made by taking a stone and steeping it in a quart or pink mason jar using distilled water, for 3 days. At the end of 3 days, water is salt-saturated.  Salt Sole is then taken as a mineral supplement taking 1 teaspoon per day.  NOTE:  Salt stones are irregular. Every attempt is made to weigh as close to 1/2 pound as possible. Weight is therefore approximate as possible.
