GI Cocktail-D  1 lb.  Certified Organic Blend–  an exceptional blend for irritable bowel illnesses;  this formula is especially designed to reduce diarrhea and promote healthy stool formation. Sometimes diarrhea can change to constipation. Be sure to monitor your stools, if they convert to constipation, use the Bowel-Lax Tea at bedtime and assure one bowel movement per day.

Instructions:  Use 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon shaken into water or diluted juice or blend into a smoothie.  Follow by drinking a full glass of filtered water. Best used on an empty stomach mixed with water, waiting 1 hour to eat food.  This product can be taken 1-3 times per day depending upon the level of need, by starting with 1 teaspoon and working up as your body adjusts. You must assure that you are having A MINIMUM OF ONE BOWEL MOVEMENT PER DAY. Use the Bowel-Lax Tea or natural vegetable laxative to get the bowel going and continue with GI Cocktail daily. If you are having diarrhea, do not add the Bowel-Lax Tea, but instead use the IBD Tea, Seed Tea, or for bleeding use the Anti-Hemorrhagic Tea.  A FULL GLASS OF WATER (12-16 oz) MUST BE TAKEN AFTER EACH DOSE OF THIS PRODUCT IN ORDER TO ASSURE ADEQUATE HYDRATION OF A MUCILAGINOUS EFFECT.  Do not take more than one dose in cases of constipation.  Do not take more than one dose without resulting bowel movements.
