Cat’s Claw Inner Bark- Cut–  1 oz.  health problems including arthritis, fever, stomach ulcers, inflammation, dysentery, autoimmune diseases, immune modulator, relaxes smooth muscles in the intestinal tract to reduce cramping associated with bowel disorders, diuretic, and dilates blood vessels in the reduction of blood pressure.  It has antioxidant properties to reduce free radical damage to cells.

How to use Cat’s Claw as a tea or supplement

Children–  studies have not been done so it is unknown whether it is safe. For this reason, cat’s claw should not be given to children without a natural doctor’s supervision.

Adults

• Tea: 1 – 10 g cat’s claw root bark in 8 ounces water; simmer covered for 10 – 15 minutes, cool, and strain. Preparing as a Tea Concentrate as under Post 2 under the Wellness Tab is an easy method to  Drink 1 cup 3 times daily.
• Capsules: 100 to 350 mg. per day
