Hashimoto’s Thyroid Th-1 Dominance Supplements

The following supplements are part of the OrganicaRx line. The products are designed to help calm the overactive side (Th1) of the immune system, while stimulating the low preforming side, in this case being Th2.
Thyroid Th1 Rx
Expect to notice some changes in about 30 days. Follow the therapeutic dosage for 2 months before making changes. Using other products in this material are compatible and dietary recommendations will also help to modulate the Th1 Dominance and calm the immune system.
Thyroid-Th1 Rx Contains:
- Milk Thistle Seed
- Pine Bark
- Lab-Tested Reishi, and Cordyceps Medicinal Mushrooms
- White Willow
- Astragalus Root
- Grape Skin
- Green Tea
Sizes: 85 grams/ approx. 3 oz. (30 days using 1 teaspoon per day) or 227.2/8 oz. (either a 2 month supply or a double dose, using product AM and PM) sizes are available.
Standard Dosage: Take 1 teaspoon or approximately 2 grams in hot or cold liquid (such as tea, coffee, diluted juice, or water) on an empty stomach once daily
Therapeutic Dosage: Take 1 teaspoon or approximately 2 grams in hot or cold liquid on an empty stomach twice daily, AM & PM
Organic Sulfur: Take 1 teaspoon (or 4 grams per 100 pounds of body weight) 2 x daily on an empty stomach. Organic Sulfur is a base product which will help repair, build, and restore damaged tissue and organs. Every American is deficient in sulfur and without supplementation, we just don’t heal as well. Smoothie Ingredients Recommendations choose from these fruits. Optionals include Fit Seeds Rx, Fit Protein Rx, and Powdered Organic Kale
- pineapple
- avocado
- cinnamon
- blueberries
- strawberries
- turmeric
- coconut milk, coconut water, coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon of powdered organic Kale (do not consume raw cruciferous vegetables, all needs to be cooked)
- 1 teaspoon of soaked Fit Seeds Rx for Thyroid
- 1 tablespoon of Fit Protein Rx for Thyroid
Fit Seeds Rx for Thyroid
This product is added to smoothies or protein smoothies. Soak seeds in plain water overnight in a covered dish for 8 to 12 hours. You can soak them for a full 24 hours which causes the beginning of fermentation and makes the seeds more “alive” and the most bioavailable. Overnight if convenience is an issue is always a good option. Add the soaked seeds and water both, to the smoothie. The water contains nutrients. Do not throw this away.

- Black Cumin Seed (around the world, this seed is known as the cure for everything except death)

- Cardamom
- Fennel
- Mustard
Rather than Kale in a smoothie, you should take it processed. Raw kale is destructive to the thyroid as well as all the raw cruciferous foods. Cooking this, makes it helpful to you without harming the thyroid.
