Mucuna Seed Powder (mucuna pruriens)– 1 lb.  Certified Organic–  plant source for dopamine. One pound supplies approx. 454 grams. An average capsule of Mucuna contains 500mg. Considering a dosage of 2 capsules per day average, 1 AM and 1 PM; 1 pound @ 454 grams will supply 454 days of supplemental use. A regular dosage is 500 mg. 2 x daily on an empty stomach but it can be increased if necessary to 1000mg or 1 gram, 3 times daily spread out. This is all based in your individual need. Rather than raising the dosage of mucuna, consider instead to add another complimentary supplement to achieve your objective. Using powder dissolved in H2O is an easy way to take a powdered supplement. It can be mixed into broth, water, tea, coffee, etc.  Considering 500 mg., this is approximately a teaspoon. The powder can be capsuled using our “00” capsule machine if preferred but this is only a preference and not essential to taking the product.
