1 Veg Capsule 1-3 times per day.

NOTE: If taking this supplement more than 1 capsule per day, allow 4-6 hours between doses. Taking the product spread-out extends the effectiveness spread out over the day because herbs have an effective window of up to 6 hours. If you take 1 capsule every 6 hours or 3 times daily it extends the continuous benefits for up to 18 hours.

About Menopause Rx–  Most women find that taking 1 capsule each day during and after menopause, is adequate for follow-up. If you have a more chronic or acute issue, taking 3 capsules per day until the problem resolves, is a more medicinal or therapeutic approach. We offer two other products for menopausal women in addition to this formulation. Sometimes women find it helpful to rotate between formulas using each one for about 2 months or 8 weeks, rotate to the next, and so forth, coming full circle back to the 1st and contining. We never know which remedy may be the best for us, so by rotating our formulas such as this, we are most apt to find relief. With experience you will also determine which one of the 3 remedies you will want to take ongoing for your menopausal years. The others we call Life Change, and Herbal Hormonal Replacement.
