This is a maximum-strength GABA Gamma Aminobutyric Acid which is a dietary approach to help reduce stress, anxiety, nerve pain, and tension. It helps to promote relaxation for a restful sleep. GABA is a compound produced in the brain from a combination of l-glutamine and glucose. It’s function is to calm neurotransmitters within the CNS (central nervous system), which can help to reduce our reactions to stress, tension, muscle spasms, and overall reactions to anxiety. Most find it helpful to take 1 hour before bed but it can be taken both AM and PM if needed.
