DHEA  (Dehydroepiandrosterone)-  A Natural Steroid Hormone Supplement–  is produced by the body but diminishes after the age 25.  Dosage varies from 5 mg to 200 mg, all sold by-the-pill in any quantity of (1) or more.

Dosage:  50mg. is the average daily dosage recommended for men
Instruction:  Take first thing in the morning upon rising with water on an empty stomach, wait 30 minutes to 1 hour before eating food. Although DHEA can influence effects of sleep due to increase of energy, many men do opt to take DHEA 2 hours after dinner or 1 hour before bed. If however it causes any sleep disruption, take first thing in the morning instead of evening.
