Cold & Flu Tea– 1 oz.  Certified Organic  special medicinal herbal blend specific to colds and flu for support of the respiratory system.

Contains:  Certified Organic Blend of–  echinacea leaf, elder flowers, elderberries, lungwort, rosehips, eucalyptus leaf, mullein, mugwort, peppermint, hyssop

Prepare as single tea, tea concentrate (post 2), extract/tincture (post 56), or general remedy (post 55). By-the-cup use 1 rounded teaspoon to 1 cup water, steep 15-30 minutes, reheat and serve. For added antiseptic benefits add raw honey upon serving. Sip over a 15 minute time period to help bathe the irritated throat. Citrus can further irritate a sore throat initially so wait with adding lemon to your tea until irritation reducing then add in lemon for added Vitamin C.
