• Spray 8 spritz of product onto each leg to calm restless leg syndrome
• Spray onto body following a shower or bath to moisture the skin and absorb magnesium as a supplement

• Apply to knees or joints affected by arthritis
• Apply to neck and shoulders and massage into the area to relieve stress and tightness
